I have first explored the underwater world back in 2008 when I was on holiday in Turkey. 7 years later I was given the PADI Open Water Diver course as a birthday present by my lovely wife. My initial plan was to learn to dive and dive for fun, as I always have been fascinated by the 71% of the water content of our planet and what’s under the surface. They say: “It’s one Planet but two different worlds!”. Exploring that other world by diving made me realise what I was missing.
Once into fun diving, I considered becoming a PADI professional with DiveMania Scuba and recently have become a PADI Divemaster. The reason for this step was purely being passionate about diving and the skills involved in it. It’s fun to tell others what you see and do underwater when diving but it’s even more satisfying to assist someone on becoming a diver and sharing knowledge of diving both way throughout the course.
I have dived in the UK, Italy, Greece and the Red Sea in Egypt. The Red Sea is my favourite by far. I like diving Reefs and Wrecks. SS Thistlegorm is one of the best wrecks I dived and will highly recommend.
As my journey continues, I plan to dive in the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, South China Sea, Coral Sea and many more places Scuba Diving has to offer.
