"The sea is where I long to be"....
For as long as I can remember all I wanted to be when I grew up was.......a mermaid!

Given the fact that I am yet to grow a beautiful tail, develop gills or purchase a seashell bra, Scuba Diving is certainly the next best thing!
​
I have always been at home in and around the water and had wanted to try scuba diving since I was very young. Eventually I took the plunge (!) and booked myself onto an open water course which started in Hornchurch and finished in the Red Sea.
​
Instantly I fell in love with the underwater world but I was by far a natural from the start. I knew this was something I wanted to get better and better at, and so every year I went on to participate in further training courses until 2012 when I completed my Instructor course on the island of Koh Lanta in Thailand.
​
I have a passion for marine life and for conservation. Following this passion I have taken part in many conservation and diving initiatives around the world including the Maldives, South Africa, Thailand & many others. I hope as an Instructor I can share my love of the water and its inhabitants with others, in the hope that together we can protect these environments for future generations to enjoy.
